• Regularly check that dish machine is working properly, and all dishes are being washed to Health Department standards.
• Work safely and wear the proper apparel such as uniform and slip-resistance shoes.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is put away in its proper location at the end of each shift.
• Sweep/mop floors and ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
• Follow daily instructions from Executive or Sous Chef.
• Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by supervisor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other Ranch duties as assigned.

Knowledge: No previous knowledge required. Training on Health Department standards will be provided.

Experience: No previous experience required.

Work Environment: The work of this position primarily occurs in a commercial kitchen. The position requires communication with Company employees, customers, and other individuals.  Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s customers at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customer’ needs, projects, or special circumstances. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Activities: Moderate physical activity is required. Must possess the ability to lift items in excess of 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently. This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, repetitive motion, using hands to feel or handle objects, tools, or controls, and normal vision.
