• Ensure that the dish machine is always working properly and that Health Department standards of cleanliness are always followed.  
• Follow Ranch safety protocols and ensure the use of required protective apparel.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored in its proper location at the end of each shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen including sweeping and mopping floors and sanitizing all surfaces in accordance with procedures.  
• Follow daily instructions from the culinary team.
• Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely and in accordance with safety procedures. 
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as instructed by management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other Ranch duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires communication with Company employees, guests, vendors, and other individuals.  
• Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s guests at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customer needs, projects, or special circumstances. 
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Moderate physical activity is required. 
• Must possess the ability to lift items over 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently. 
• This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, repetitive motion and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and normal vision.
