Pay: $80,000 to $100,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a performance bonus
Job Purpose: Belvedere, parent company to Trinchera, is seeking a Group Sales & Partnership Manager to develop and drive revenue through two new pipelines - luxury group travel and complementary brand alliances. As a central ambassador of our portfolio, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with high-value group travel intermediaries—including executive retreat planners, incentive travel agencies, wedding specialists, event organizers, family offices and more —while also identifying strategic brand partnerships that elevate awareness, deepen engagement and drive sales across the Belvedere portfolio. This role blends relationship-building, strategic vision, and creative sales execution to grow revenue and enhance our positioning as a leader in eco-luxury, experiential hospitality. The ideal candidate is a sophisticated relationship-builder with deep experience in luxury group travel, a passion for sustainable adventure-driven hospitality, and an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
✕Group Sales Representation & Relationship Building
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new group travel partnerships—including group-specific travel advisors, wedding planners, incentive programs, event agencies, family offices, and UHNW-focused firms.
- Serve as the primary representative for group segments, ensuring partners are deeply educated, supported, and inspired by our destinations.
- Engage partners through proactive outreach such as phone calls, webinars, virtual trainings, in-office presentations, and other creative touchpoints that drive connection and conversion.
- Represent the brand at key conferences to amplify visibility and develop new group business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Reservations teams to ensure seamless lead transition, high-touch service, and an elevated booking experience.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and cultivate meaningful relationships with like-minded or complementary luxury, eco-conscious, adventure, and experiential brands.
- Develop co-branded initiatives, value-added collaborations, and partnership activations that elevate awareness, enrich the guest journey and/or enable us to reach a new demographic.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure alignment, maximize impact, and uncover new opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Program Development
- Develop and execute an annual group sales strategy designed to grow group revenue year over year across our portfolio of destinations.
- Create innovative incentives, sales campaigns, and partner programs that differentiate the brand and motivate group partners.
- Work closely with DOSM to formalize partnership activations, and trade marketing opportunities.
- Monitor emerging international markets and identify strategic expansion opportunities aligned with the brand’s long-term growth objectives.
- Track performance across the group pipeline, assess trends, and report regularly on progress toward revenue and engagement goals.
Job Qualifications

- Established relationships within the North American group travel ecosystem, including incentive planners, wedding specialists, and group travel specialists.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team‑oriented, mission‑driven, purpose‑led mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation, training, and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, markets, and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Authentic enthusiasm for eco‑luxury travel, sustainability, adventure, and conservation‑led hospitality.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with the ability to operate independently, creatively, and effectively within an evolving organization.
Education and Experience
Experience: 6+ years in the luxury group travel sector, ideally within boutique, ultra‑luxury, eco‑luxury, or experiential hospitality.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Working Conditions
✕Work occurs in an office setting. Travel to Belvedere properties, in-person meetings, and industry conferences required.
