• Maintain cleanliness in all guest rooms and Ranch spaces residence, cabin, and office space as required.  
• Perform general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, collecting/disposing of trash, etc. Perform deep cleaning as required by management. 
• Use tools, materials, products and other equipment properly and safely and in accordance with instructions and Ranch protocols. 
• Follow daily instructions from management.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a pleasant and timely manner based on Ranch procedures.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as directed by management. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in training programs recommended by management. 
• Perform other Ranch duties as assigned.

• Some cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred.  
• Able to complete basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills, follows instructions, maintains positive attitude, completes all assigned tasks. 
• No education requirements
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• The position requires communication with Company employees, guests, and other individuals.  
• Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s guests and management at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customers’ needs, projects, or special circumstances.  
• Moderate physical activity is required. Must possess the ability to lift items in excess of 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently. 
• This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, repetitive motion and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and normal vision.
