• Maintain cleanliness in all Lodge areas such as guest rooms, Main Lodge area, hallways, etc.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean other cabins, offices, and residences on Ranch property as necessary.
• Follow daily instructions from supervisor or manager.
• Respond to and meet guests’ requests in a pleasant and timely manner.
• Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by supervisor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attend trainings to upskill service and professional development as required by supervisor.
• Perform other Ranch duties as assigned.

Knowledge: No previous knowledge required.

Skill: Able to complete basic maintenance and cleaning.

Ability: Excellent communication skills, follows instructions, maintains positive attitude, works well unsupervised.

Education: No education requirements.

Experience: Previous customer service/ hospitality experience preferred.

Work Environment: The position requires communication with Company employees, customers, and other individuals.  Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s customers at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customer’ needs, projects, or special circumstances.

Physical Activities: Moderate physical activity is required. Must possess the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently. This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
