• Interact and engage with guests in the Lodge.
• Create beverage recipes for seasonal drinks and ability to formulate a drink recipe based on guests’ taste preferences.
• Provide information about Ranch outdoor activities, Fort Garland/surrounding area, conservation efforts, etc.
• Assist guests with activity planning, transportation, and any other needs during their stay.
• Respond to and meet guests’ requests in a pleasant and timely manner.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
• Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely, following Ranch procedures.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by management.
• Perform other Ranch duties as assigned.

Knowledge: Knowledge of typical alcoholic beverage recipes, basic computer knowledge

Skill: Use of bartending equipment

Ability: Exceptional communication skills, positive attitude

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Must be 21+; previous customer service, hospitality, and bartending experience required

• The position requires communication with Company employees, customers, and other individuals.  
• Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s customers at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customer needs, projects, or special circumstances.  
• Minimal physical activity is required. Must possess the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds frequently. 
• This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
