Marketing Manager

While this position offers remote flexibility, candidates must be based within a 200‑mile driving distance of Fort Garland, Colorado, to become immersed in all that the property has to offer and to support periodic on‑site work.

Dates of Employment: March 2026 start

Employment Terms: Full-time, year-round

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week; occasional weekends and holidays.

Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a performance bonus

Job Purpose: Belvedere, parent company to Trinchera, is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage and execute the marketing strategy for its newly established portfolio of hospitality properties. The Belvedere Marketing Manager serves as brand guardian, creative architect, and strategic storyteller. This role is central to elevating brand presence, shaping our narrative across global markets, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the intention and experiential depth of our destinations. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will direct day-to-day Marketing responsibilities, execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive results, oversee creative output, and collaborate across departments to ensure brand excellence. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with experience in high-end hospitality and understanding of the market. This role requires a blend of visionary leadership and hands-on management and execution. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction

 

  • Uphold and evolve brand standards across all marketing channels, ensuring cohesion, sophistication, and innovation.
  • Review and refine marketing materials and creative assets.
  • Lead the vision and execution of all photoshoots.

 

Campaign & Content Development

 

  • Conceptualize and launch integrated marketing campaigns that highlight each destination’s distinct story, purpose, and guest experience.
  • Develop compelling copy and content that inspires luxury travelers and partners.
  • Continuously refresh creative assets to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Work with the DOSM to develop a content calendar that supports sales patterns and addresses areas of particular growth potential.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Partner closely with the DOSM to define short-term priorities and long-term brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to deliver high-impact marketing assets that support revenue goals and engagement.
  • Work with on-site hospitality teams to ensure all guest-facing touchpoints are beautifully branded and operationally viable.

 

Agency & Contractor Management

 

  • Manage and direct external partners—including PR agencies, digital marketing firms, graphic designers etc.
  • Set clear expectations, timelines, and creative direction to ensure output aligns with brand standards and business goals.

 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

 

  • Track marketing effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and market feedback.
  • Recommend strategic shifts based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to elevate brand awareness, strengthen market position, and drive qualified demand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Digital marketing acumen, including familiarity with social platforms, performance marketing, website management, and analytics tools.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellence in project management.
  • Exceptional branding, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong creative instincts, with the ability to conceptualize and guide memorable campaigns.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to uphold, communicate, and evolve brand standards within a growing organization.

 

Education and Experience

 

Experience: 6+ years in marketing management within luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands, with preference for eco‑luxury, adventure‑driven, or purpose‑led companies.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Work occurs in an office setting. Travel to Belvedere properties required.
