Employment Terms: Full time, Seasonal, Temporary
Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week; weekends, holidays included
Pay: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience, plus eligible to participate in gratuity pool
Job Purpose: Trinchera Ranch is looking for a hard-working individual to provide excellent customer service to guests in the Lodge Dining Room as well as maintaining overall cleanliness in the Guest Lodge.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities
✕- Follow daily instructions from supervisor or manager.
- Provide guests with friendly and professional service while they are dining in the Lodge.
- Prepare the dining room before events and clean up after all functions.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with protocol.
- Report necessary maintenance items.
- Assist with dishwashing tasks as needed.
- Respond to and meet guests’ requests in a pleasant and timely manner.
- Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely in accordance with property procedures.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by supervisor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attend trainings to upskill service and professional development as required by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
✕Knowledge: No previous knowledge required.
Skill: Able to complete basic maintenance and cleaning.
Ability: Excellent communication skills, follows instructions, maintains positive attitude, works well unsupervised.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 18+; Previous customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
Working Conditions
✕Work Environment: The position requires communication with Company employees, customers, and other individuals. Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s customers at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or customer’ needs, projects, or special circumstances.
Physical Activities: Moderate physical activity is required. Must possess the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 15 pounds frequently. This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, repetitive motion, using hands to feel or handle objects, tools, or controls, and normal vision.
