• Provide guests with friendly and professional service while they are dining.
• Prepare the dining room before events and clean up after all functions.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, collecting & disposing of trash, assisting with dishwashing tasks, etc..
• Report necessary maintenance items to management.
• Follow daily instructions from the supervisor. 
• Respond to and meet guests’ requests in a pleasant and timely manner.
• Use tools, materials, and other equipment properly and safely and in accordance with Ranch procedures and safety guidelines.  
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested by management. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attend required training to upskill service and professional development as agreed with management.
• Perform other ranch duties as assigned.

Knowledge: Entry level.  Must be willing to be trained. No previous knowledge is required.

Skill: Able to complete basic maintenance and cleaning.

Ability: Excellent communication skills, follows instructions, maintains positive attitude, works well unsupervised.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: Must be 18 years of age;  Previous customer service/ hospitality experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires communication with Company employees, contractors, guests, and other individuals.  
• Work hours will vary depending upon the needs of the Company’s guests at any given time and will involve working long or non-traditional hours to fulfill Company and/or guest’ needs, projects, or special circumstances.  
• Moderate physical activity is required. 
• Must possess the ability to lift items over 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently. 
• This position requires standing, walking, stooping/bending, lifting, repetitive motion and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and normal vision.
